Job description

Summary:
Badger State Maintenance's Field Supervisors, argutely the most important position in our organization provides a series of tasks leading a team of people collectively to complete our projects on budget, on time and completed correctly all while maintaining Badger State Maintenance's professional standards.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Directs crew & activities on the job site.
  • Accountable for crews production rates, and material budgets & Accountability Chart.
  • Communicates schedule changes to Project Manager or additional resources required to complete the job on budget.
  • Tracks and records all job expenses including clocking in crew and populating photos in live time via LMN.
  • Maintains a clean, organized and safe job site including equipment and vehicle(s).
  • Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
  • Regular communication with our clients & Production Manager(s).
  • Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including skid steer and mini excavator specifically finish grading by using harley rake, rockhound and similar attachments.
  • Good time management skills; Willingness to work long hours as needed.
  • Ensures diggers hotline locates are valid prior to excavation.
  • Completes 4 @ 4 daily.
  • Trains & Develops Crew Members & Lead Crew Members.
  • Ability to put run a crew that performs $700,000-$1,200,000 in billable revenue per year.
