Job description

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD) is a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and support over the phone and through email. You will assist customers with navigating the company website, answering general customer account related questions, and some light technical support. Other responsibilities could include working on assigned projects and packaging documents for mailing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft, Gmail and Adobe
  • Able to work a minimum of 20-29 hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
