Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent

The Holiday Inn Express - Monahans is seeking a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team and share the pride of this hotel!

Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent responsibilities include:

  • Posting, compiling & verifying the correctness of all of the hotel's accounts on a daily / nightly basis;
  • Providing superior customer service to all guests;
  • Making reservations
  • Posting room & tax accurately;
  • Preparing Daily Sales and Revenue Reports;
  • Performing all activities of a Front Desk Clerk and complete night audit checklist;
  • Completing postings, assembling audit, and closing out day on register.
  • Ability to use a computer and answer phones

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
