Job title: D365 F&O Support Analyst โ€“ Illinois โ€“ Up to 100K 10% bonus

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Support Analyst to join a well-established manufacturing business. This role will focus on supporting users across the D365 F&O environment, resolving system issues, assisting with training, and helping improve day-to-day ERP operations. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to ensure the platform continues to support business needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O users
  • Train end users and create clear documentation and user guides
  • Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related issues
  • Maintain accurate system data and assist with reporting requirements
  • Test D365 F&O updates, enhancements, and new functionality
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
  • Recommend process improvements and D365 F&O best practices

Experience

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Sales modules
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting and training end users
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Power Apps
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ERP implementation or upgrade experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, finance, or supply chain processes is advantageous
  • Experience with VB, C#, ServiceNow, or Jira is a plus
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are beneficial

Salary/Package

Up to 100,000 base salary 10% annual bonus

Location

Tinley Park, Illinois โ€“ On-site role. Candidates must be able to drive. This role is onsite 5 days per week for the first 90 days, moving to 4 days onsite thereafter.
