A day spa is a facility that offers a variety of professional personal care treatments, such as massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty services, all designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Unlike destination or resort spas, day spas do not offer overnight accommodations, so guests typically visit for a few hours or part of a day.
