Position Summary: Aluma Form Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate I to join our production team. As a critical member of our manufacturing company specializing in power transfer equipment for utilities, the Manufacturing Associate I will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the production process to ensure product quality and efficient manufacturing.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  1. Production Assistance: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of power transfer equipment following standard operating procedures.ย 
  2. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.ย 
  3. Material Handling: Move materials and components to and from workstations, ensuring the availability of necessary resources.ย 
  4. Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision and following safety guidelines.ย 
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and follow the directions of supervisors to meet production goals.ย 
  6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate protective equipment, and participate in safety training.ย 
  7. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning and minor equipment maintenance tasks.ย
