What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:
  • Loading catalyst substrates on coating machines and production lines.
  • Cleaning coaters, dryers, and other production equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Operating equipment and machinery in compliance with all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Performing housekeeping duties in assigned areas to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Packing substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issues.
  • Following work instructions and procedures for chemical operations, including adding raw materials to vessels or blending tanks.
  • Setting controls on panels to start automatic feed and monitoring the production process.
  • Weighing and measuring powdered or liquid chemicals according to formula sheets.
  • Adjusting controls and valves to maintain specified operating conditions.
