Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide therapy in both individual and group settings, working with couples and families to address relational dynamics.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat various issues including, but not limited to, family conflict, grief and loss, adjustment disorders related to separation and divorce, and blended family challenges.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Maintain active communication with clients through telehealth platforms, offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients: from adults and adolescents facing challenges in their relationships to entire families dealing with complex dynamics. You will be equipped to address issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, job-related stress, and parenting dilemmas. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health discipline.
