  • Communicate compensation results to sales representatives, providing clear breakdowns of earnings, attainment, and deal-level activity
  • Assist in managing and resolving compensation disputes, partnering with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to investigate discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain documentation, process guides, and reporting systems for sales compensation and channel partner rebate programs

  • Assist with internal and external audit requests related to sales compensation data, controls, and plan documentation
  • Support the onboarding of new entities into CaptivateIQ as the platform continues to expand across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort in day-to-day compensation operations

About you:

  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Ability to understand and work with complex relational datasets across multiple systems

Extra:
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus

What we offer:
  • People-focused, entrepreneurial culture with the backing of a stable, global, corporate entity - Nemetschek
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Fully vested 401K right from the day you start
  • Generous PTO, including sick/mental health & volunteer days
  • Free & unlimited access to BetterUp Care, a well-being platform
  • Work-life balance fostered through a culture of diversity, inclusion, and appreciation of individual lifestyle needs
