Country Inn & Suites Red Wing is currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Guest Service Representative / Night Auditor.

Our Night Auditor is the overnight heartbeat of the hotel—combining guest service, attention to detail, and a touch of problem-solving magic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independence, takes pride in accuracy, and understands that even at 2:00 AM, hospitality matters.

Hours: 11pm – 7am Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What We Offer You:

  • Competitive wages
  • Personal Days Off
  • Bonus Plan
  • Holiday Pay
  • Referral Program
  • Wellness Day
  • Like to travel, take advantage of all the brand has to offer with the employee discount program.
  • Supportive team culture that values every role
  • Opportunities to grow within the company.

Guest Experience & Service

  • Welcome late arrivals with a warm, friendly, and professional presence
  • Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests
  • Answer all incoming and in-house phone calls
  • Ensure guests feel safe, valued, and cared for throughout the night
  • Handle guest questions or concerns calmly and confidently

 Night Audit & Operations

  • Update all files and reset the system for the following day activity
  • Balance room and market accounts with accuracy
  • Prepare reports for hotel leadership to start the next day strong
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby remain organized and presentable
  • Ability to work while standing for extended periods of time.

Hotel Care & Awareness

  • Comfortable working independently overnight
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Calm under pressure and a natural problem solver
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems
  • Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus—but personality and reliability matter most

At Country Inn & Suites Red Wing, every shift matters—and our Night Auditor ensures each day ends perfectly and the next begins with confidence.

  • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, some of whom will require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy, to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to work while standing for extended periods of time

Join our team and enjoy a supportive work environment that values growth, teamwork, and exceptional service. We offer competitive compensation, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement in the hospitality industry
