Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Unit (Day Shift)

Job Summary:
The Inpatient RN safely provides and guides direct patient care within the hospital setting. This includes implementing plans of care, delivering clinical interventions, and managing medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Plan and deliver safe, effective care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the multidisciplinary team to update progress toward goals and support positive patient outcomes.
  • Clinical Monitoring: Monitor for changes in patient condition and execute ordered interventions appropriately.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient conditions and responses to treatment.
  • Compliance: Maintain patient privacy and ensure the confidentiality of all protected information.
  • Resource Management: Practice cost containment by utilizing facility resources appropriately.
  • Professional Growth: Participate in facility training and continuous learning opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Schedule:
Day Shift: (3) 12-hour shifts per week.
