As a passionate Business Development Manager you help to drive our growth in one of the most exciting and fastest-evolving technology markets. In this role, you will build strategic customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and position our solutions within the global humanoid robotics ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and executive leadership to expand our market presence and accelerate the adoption of our technology.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building markets from the ground up, and are excited about Physical AI and robotics, we'd love to hear from you.

HERE'S WHERE YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Build, develop, and successfully convert a strong sales pipeline within the humanoid robotics market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, robotics companies, technology providers, and research institutions.
  • Drive initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads within the Physical AI ecosystem.
  • Establish and grow long-term strategic partnerships and alliances with leading industry, technology, and research organizations worldwide.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our market presence and network.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns and initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop account-specific growth strategies for strategic customers and key opportunities.
  • Continuously analyze global market developments, customer needs, and competitive activities in AI, robotics, and automation.
  • Act as the voice of the humanoid robotics market internally by contributing to the product roadmap and identifying future customer requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to continuously improve the customer experience for humanoid robotics application.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Several years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Strategic Account Management within robotics, automation, industrial technology, AI, or related high-tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of the humanoid robotics landscape or a genuine passion to become an expert in this emerging field.
  • Proven ability to develop new markets, build strategic partnerships, and close complex B2B opportunities.
  • Experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel extensively internationally to meet customers, partners, attend industry events, and support business development activities worldwide.
