Weekend Day Shift | 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM
Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking an experienced and dependable RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the weekend day shift (7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM). This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Position Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during the weekend day shift

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to ensure excellent resident care

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status

  • Oversee medication administration and treatment services

  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

  • Complete incident reports and follow up as appropriate

  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
