About Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional long-term care, post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, wound care, and resident-centered nursing services. RN Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and wound care according to physician orders.

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Complete accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
