Salary Range: $50-60 based on experience

Available Shifts: Nights or Days

Shift Differentials: Night (NOC)

Sign-on Incentive: Up to $10k based on experience

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through personal interaction and providing services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient's condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Criteria
  • Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.
