Job description

Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist Shift:

Day Shift (Full-Time, Permanent)

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests to support diagnosis and treatment
  • Use independent judgment in assessing test results, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring instrument accuracy
  • Participate in training of staff and students, quality improvement initiatives, and implementation of new lab procedures
  • May assist in specimen collection and cross-departmental coordination
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science (or related field)
  • ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility to obtain within the first year)
  • 1โ€“2 years of clinical lab experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism
