Consumer Insights Analyst (Market Research & Innovation)

Join a global leader in fragrance innovation and sensory solutions that partners with many of the world's most recognized consumer brands across beauty, personal care, home care, and household products. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of consumer behavior, innovation, and market research, helping shape products and experiences used by millions of consumers worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining qualitative and quantitative research, uncovering emerging trends through social listening, and translating research findings into meaningful business recommendations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to challenge conventional thinking while continuously exploring new research methodologies and AI-enabled approaches.

What You'll Do

  • Design, execute, and support qualitative and quantitative consumer research studies.
  • Conduct fragrance and product testing, including concept testing, CLTs, HUTs, and sensory evaluations.
  • Develop surveys, screeners, and questionnaires using platforms such as Qualtrics and Toluna.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify meaningful consumer insights and trends.
  • Conduct social listening and monitor emerging consumer behaviors across digital platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and global consumer brand partners.
  • Support innovation initiatives by identifying unmet consumer needs and emerging market opportunities.
  • Manage consumer research panels and coordinate research logistics and fieldwork.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Sales, and cross-functional teams to bring consumer insights into product development.
  • Explore new methodologies and AI tools to improve research quality, speed, and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, or Consumer Research.
  • Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Toluna, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into compelling business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience within CPG, beauty, personal care, home care, food & beverage, or another consumer-focused industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SPSS, SAS, or similar statistical software is a plus.
  • Experience with social listening, consumer trends, or innovation research is highly desirable.

Who You Are

  • Naturally curious and passionate about understanding consumer behavior.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Able to connect research findings to broader consumer and business opportunities.
  • Interested in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve research and insight generation.
  • Excited to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in Consumer Insights.

If you're energized by uncovering the "why" behind consumer behavior and want to help shape innovation for some of the world's leading consumer brands, we'd love to hear from you.
