What is a day shift H2B cook?

Day Shift H2B Cooks are culinary professionals hired under the H2B visa program to work in the United States, typically during peak seasons, for employers who cannot find enough local workers. These cooks usually work daytime hours, preparing and cooking food in restaurants, hotels, or resorts. Their responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
