Prestige Extreme is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs using Tebis Software to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have a strong machining background, experience programming CNC equipment with Tebis, and the ability to create efficient, accurate programs while maintaining strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Tebis Software.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
  • Develop efficient machining strategies to maximize productivity while maintaining quality.
  • Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds for various machining operations.
  • Collaborate with machinists and manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
  • Verify program accuracy prior to production and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and revision control.
  • Ensure all work meets customer specifications and company quality standards.
  • Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:
