What You'll Do
  • Operate Citizen Swiss CNC lathes and CNC milling machines to produce precision medical components
  • Load materials and monitor machining operations for quality and efficiency
  • Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and optical inspection equipment
  • Make offsets and minor adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
  • Accurately record inspection and production data
  • Communicate any quality or equipment concerns proactively
  • Change tools and perform basic preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CNC machine operating experience (Swiss experience preferred)
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience using precision measurement tools
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Reliability and a strong team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
  • Background in medical device, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
  • Experience working with tight-tolerance, small components
  • Familiarity with SPC, GMP, or ISO environments
  • Experience performing and documenting in-process inspections
