Job description

Cape Cod Healthcare is expanding its primary care division and seeking dedicated physicians to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to choose between hybrid clinic/hospital-based care or outpatient-only models, allowing for a personalized approach to practice. Physicians will find a supportive environment focused on quality patient care and work-life balance within the vibrant Cape Cod community.

Practice Info

  • Hybrid model of clinic and hospital-based care as well as outpatient-only models of care
  • ACP triaged call center with call 1:30 and 2 weekends per year

Compensation

  • $250,000 base salary
  • Quality and Productivity Bonuses
  • $50,000 Sign On Bonus
  • $50,000 Loan Forgiveness
  • $3,000/month housing stipend for one year
  • CME Allocation
  • Relocation Assistance
  • 2 million/6 million Malpractice Coverage
