Job description

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox CorporationUnder the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content - through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

ABOUT YOU

You are a seasoned ad tech operator who has built and scaled the operational foundation that turns inventory into revenue. You have lived inside the ad server, the SSP, the DSP integrations, and the measurement stack, and you know that revenue at scale is unlocked by clean infrastructure, disciplined process, and tight cross-functional coordination. You are equally at home setting strategy with senior leadership and rolling up your sleeves to debug a fill rate issue. You have done this work before - most likely at a peer publisher, ad tech vendor, or premium media company - and you are excited to bring that experience to a fast-growing creator-economy portfolio that is investing in being the best monetization platform in audio and digital media. This role reports to the VP of Ad Tech & Revenue Strategy and partners closely with sales, programmatic, finance, product, and engineering.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the day-to-day ad tech operations function across RSV's portfolio, including inventory packaging, deal management, ad server configuration, and yield optimization
  • Own the operational relationship with our core ad tech stack (AudioMax, Adrise, Speakeasy, AdsWizz) and ensure performance, uptime, and integration health
  • Architect and scale the deal management workflow for PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Preferred Deals across the DSP ecosystem
  • Drive yield strategy: floor pricing, package architecture, fill rate optimization, and revenue recovery on unfilled inventory
  • Partner with the Director of DSP Partnerships and Programmatic Account Executives to ensure deals are set up cleanly and performing against advertiser expectations
  • Lead the team responsible for trafficking, QA, troubleshooting, and reporting across all programmatic campaigns
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into revenue, fill, yield, and partner performance
  • Collaborate with the VP of Ad Tech & Revenue Strategy on platform investments, product roadmap input, and integration architecture decisions
  • Manage and develop a team of ad tech professionals; build career paths, conduct reviews, and grow the function
  • Establish and evolve operational best practices, playbooks, and SLAs across internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with vendor management and commercial negotiations with ad tech partners

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 8+ years of ad tech, ad operations, or programmatic operations experience at a premium publisher, ad tech vendor, or major media company / open to 5+ plus .
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated ability to grow and develop a team
  • Deep technical expertise across SSP, DSP, ad server, and measurement infrastructure (AdsWizz, Megaphone, Triton, GAM, The Trade Desk, DV360, Podscribe, Claritas)
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand that ops is a revenue function, not a back-office function
  • Hands-on experience with deal management workflows, yield optimization, and inventory packaging at scale
  • Audio or podcast experience strongly preferred (AudioMax, Adrise, dynamic ad insertion, host-read versus DAI economics)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with sales, finance, product, and engineering at the senior level
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into commercial narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
