Senior Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator) Location: Bethesda, MD (on-site) Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator) to support healthcare operations for a federal client. In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to government leadership, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and policy consistency across client operations.

Responsibilities As a Senior Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator), you will: Provide administrative and operational coordination support to government leadership Maintain updated records and respond to taskers from government stakeholders Develop materials that improve coordination across government organizations Support the development, documentation, and monitoring of operational policies and procedures Draft, edit, and track policy documentation including memoranda and administrative instructions Ensure governance documentation aligns with client requirements and federal standards Provide meeting coordination, prepare summaries, and support executive communications Coordinate conference room scheduling and logistical support for operational meetings Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience supporting program or operational coordination Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience with administrative coordination in federal or healthcare environments Policy documentation and governance support experience Executive-level communication and meeting coordination expertise Ability to perform cross-organizational collaboration with government stakeholders Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Familiarity with clinical documentation workflows, data entry standards, and health information management processes Why Join Blue Rose?
