Job description

We're looking for an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through successful completion. In this fully remote role, you'll coordinate teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Lead meetings with internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable leading virtual teams and collaborating in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile, or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience managing software development, business operations, or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and project management tools.
