This is a hands on role where no two days are the same. You'll build meaningful relationships with participants, lead and assist with activities, support daily care needs, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where our members can thrive.

Whether you're an experienced CNA or someone with a passion for working with seniors, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Engage participants in meaningful activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, discussion groups, gardening, celebrations, and community outings.
  • Help plan and organize fun, creative, and therapeutic activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and independence.
  • Build positive relationships with participants and encourage engagement throughout the day.
  • Observe participants for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
  • Obtain and document vital signs as assigned.
  • Assist the nursing staff with delegated care and participant support.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Treat every participant with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and program set up and clean up.
  • Transport participants to appointments, outings, or between locations if assigned (for qualified drivers).

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Enjoys working with older adults and making a positive impact.
  • Has a warm, patient, and compassionate personality.
  • Is dependable, reliable, and works well as part of a team.
  • Is energetic, creative, and enjoys leading group activities.
  • Has experience with dementia, memory care, or senior care (preferred but not required).
  • Can assist participants with personal care and mobility.
  • Communicates effectively with participants, families, and coworkers.
  • Is organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • CNA certification is welcomed but not required.
  • Experience in adult day health, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home care, recreation, activities, or healthcare is preferred.
  • New graduates, healthcare students, and individuals with caregiving experience are encouraged to apply.
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Supportive and team oriented culture.
  • Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with participants.
  • A fun, engaging work environment where every day is different.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • The chance to truly make a difference in someone's life every single day.

If you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping older adults live healthier, happier lives, we'd love to hear from you!
