As a Program Manager in Residential Lending Solutions (RLS), you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex, crossfunctional programs that support the execution of FCT's strategic initiatives. You will coordinate multiple related projects, align stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure successful delivery of program outcomes that drive business value for lenders and brokers while aligning with FCT's corporate strategy.

HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Lead and manage one or more strategic programs composed of multiple projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Own the endtoend program lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams and internal stakeholders to drive delivery, manage interdependencies, and resolve issues that impact program success.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, communication strategies, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor program progress, risks, issues, costs, and benefits, escalating and mitigating as required to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing reporting on program status, milestones, and performance to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support change management and adoption by collaborating on training plans, documentation, and stakeholder readiness activities.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis related to delivery risks, financial impacts, and program benefits to assess value realization and inform decisionmaking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and applicable customer or partner stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proven experience in program management, project delivery, or related roles within complex, crossfunctional environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large initiatives, programs, or portfolios of work.
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Lean, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and track outcomes.
  • Highly organized and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey status, risks, and recommendations to all levels of the organization.

Total Direct Compensation:

$122,000 to $149,200

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
