About the Opportunity
As the Warehouse Specialist at Monin, you will be responsible for working as part of a team of talented warehouse associates to process, package, and ship syrups, purees, and flavors following Monin specifications. We have passion and commitment to quality, and we hope you do too! As a good Warehouse Specialist, you should be able to work in a team environment with a great work ethic. An added responsibility for you in this role is the ability to plan, coordinate, and organize. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are highly detail-oriented and a strong problem solver passionate about providing beverage and culinary flavor solutions that make our customers successful!

What You'll Do

Warehouse Specialist I

• Safe Forklift Operation, Standup/Sit down
• Forklift inspections to in the weever
• Weever Cleaning completion
• Trailer inspections
• Proper Loading and Unloading procedures for Trailers
• Material movement awareness (no double stack, drive in reverse when not clear)
• Moving products in bins
• GMP adherence
• Alchemy completion (every month)
• Reporting procedures for an incident or situation
• Put Aways
• Picking Full Pallets for Orders
• Building Pallets for Orders
• Maintaining and operating floor scrubber
• Maintaining and operating push scrubber
• Cycle Count - Floor
• Small Parcel - Picking in Carousel
• Small Parcel - Picking in Carton Flow
• Small Parcel - Packing

Other Qualifications & Considerations

• Must be flexible and able to work in all departments within the warehouse
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
• Strong scanning and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed and can work unsupervised
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers
