Carpentry /Laborer Position

Small custom home building company seeking a motivated laborer with light carpentry experience for high-end residential projects in the Maine and New Hampshire seacoast area. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to contribute to exceptional custom homes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general site clean-up and help maintain a safe, organized job site
  • Protect finished surfaces and materials to ensure the highest standards of care on high-end residential projects
  • Assist with light carpentry
  • Framing and interior/exterior finish experience
  • Support the build team with day-to-day tasks and project needs
  • Help maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism on site at all times


Qualifications

  • Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation
  • Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
  • Punctual, dependable, and reliable
  • Team-player mentality with a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Light carpentry experience preferred but not required
