Production Castings, Inc. is adding Machine Operators to our team at our Fenton manufacturing facility.

If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Previous die casting experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and the opportunity to build your manufacturing skills while earning competitive pay.


Full -time and Part-time opportunities are available!


Looking to fill 1st and 2nd Shift positions - 10 hour shifts.

What You'll Do
  • Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
  • Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and customer specifications.
  • Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
