Job description

Position Summary:
The Web Operations & Digital Growth Manager owns the engine behind our digital presence. You are accountable for how the website performs, how traffic is generated, how users convert, and how data turns into growth. This role blends strategy, execution, and operational ownership across web platforms, acquisition channels, and performance measurement.
If you thrive on improving systems, eliminating friction, and tying your work directly to business results, this role was built for you. You will own and operate the digital growth stack end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Web Operations & Platform Ownership
  • Own the day-to-day performance, stability, and optimization of our primary website
  • Manage and optimize a Magento-based eCommerce ecosystem, along with supporting sites built on HubSpot
  • Lead site architecture, navigation, page performance, and conversion flows
  • Partner closely with developers to scope, prioritize, and launch new features, enhancements, and experiments

Digital Growth & Acquisition
  • Design and execute integrated digital growth strategies across organic, direct, and paid channels
  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages, funnels, and on-site experiences to improve conversion rates and revenue
  • Lead SEO, AEO, and future-focused discovery strategies, staying ahead of how search and user behavior are evolving
  • Own paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with a focus on efficient growth and ROI

Analytics, Attribution & Decision-Making
  • Own performance measurement across:
    • Google Analytics
    • SEMrush
    • Paid media platforms
  • Develop and maintain closed-loop reporting frameworks that connect traffic, engagement, leads, and revenue
  • Turn insights into clear decisions and prioritized actions - not just dashboards

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Development teams
  • Align ICP targeting, messaging, customer journeys, and conversion strategy
  • Act as the operator who connects strategy to execution and execution to results

What Success Looks Like
  • Website performance improves month over month (speed, stability, conversion)
  • Traffic growth is intentional, diversified, and measurable
  • Conversion improvements compound, even when gains are incremental
  • Stakeholders trust your numbers because attribution is clear
  • The website is treated as a growth system - not a static asset

Who This Role Is For
You'll succeed here if you:
  • Have owned or operated a high-traffic, complex website with real business impact
  • Are comfortable working in Magento and HubSpot without hand-holding
  • Think in funnels, flows, friction, and failure points
  • Care deeply about incremental improvements and can show why they matter
  • Prefer accountability over ambiguity
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Want your work to clearly connect to growth and revenue

Who This Role Is Not For
This role is not for someone who:
  • Only wants to manage content or campaigns in isolation
  • Needs constant direction or tightly scoped tasks
  • Enjoys analysis but avoids ownership
  • Prefers maintenance over momentum
  • Defines success by activity instead of outcomes

Why This Role Matters
This role sits at the intersection of web platform, growth strategy, and execution. You're not supporting growth - you're operating it.
If you want to own the systems behind digital growth, improve them continuously, and see the impact of your work in real business results, you'll feel at home here.
