Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Lead the firm's day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support continued growth.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems across the organization.

  • Build, mentor, and develop department leaders to maximize performance.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.

  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration between Legal Operations, HR, Intake, Marketing, Finance, Client Relations, and Administration.

  • Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Improve client experience by optimizing internal workflows and operational excellence.

  • Partner with the CEO to execute the firm's long-term vision and strategic objectives.

  • Foster a culture centered around accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and servant leadership.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership.

  • Experience leading multi-department organizations with 100+ employees strongly preferred.

  • Proven success scaling operations and managing organizational growth.

  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

  • Experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, process improvement initiatives, and operational metrics.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

  • Experience with legal services, professional services, or other client-service organizations is highly preferred.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
