Job description

Concordia Wireless is a full-service firm specializing in architectural and engineering design for wireless communication sites and equipment, supporting telecom networks across the US. We are contracted by major carriers to upgrade their network infrastructure providing consumers with more bandwidth for robust communication.
We are seeking a seasoned ERP Integrations Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and drive seamless system integration across the organization.
This position is ONSITE at our Carol Stream, IL headquarters, Monday - Friday.

PayRange: $135,000 - $145,000 base salary plus annual bonus
Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skills, and location

What You'll Do
  • Lead a small team of in-house developers and our vendor partners.
  • Architect and develop integrations between QuickBooks, Dynamics 365, Salesforce usingAPIs, Power Platform Applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure, etc.), and other tools.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues.
  • Define and manage SLAs, error-handling routines, and escalation protocols.
  • Own data migration strategy: mapping, cleansing, validating, and loading from Excel/QuickBooksinto Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker.
  • Administer and configure the ERP system to support evolving business processes, includingworkflows, user roles, and system settings.
  • Ensure system security, manage user permissions, and document system configurations andprocesses.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to improve responsiveness and reliability.
  • Administer user roles, permissions, and security configurations within D365 F&O.
  • Lead the transition into an agile, product-focused ERP team: backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and new feature development.
  • Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in both Dynamics 365 and SiteTracker environments.
  • Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align system capabilities withorganizational goals.
  • Train users and document best practices across ERP usage, integration points, and supportworkflows.
  • Support Salesforce-ERP data integration efforts, using SOQL and platform APIs.
WhatYouBring
  • 5+ years working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP implementation deployments is required
  • Previous experience leading a Dynamics 365 implementation is required, experience implementing Salesforce with D365 is a plus
  • Must be able to lead / mentor a small team and see the bigger picture / end results, while still being hands-on technically
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting fundamentals
  • Experience with leading Agile, Waterfall, or other Project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
