Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior DataStage Developer. The role involves creating data flows using IBM DataStage and extracting data from relational databases, while ensuring efficient data processing and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge in IBM DataStage to create data flows using DataStage Designer, Director, and Administrator.
• Strong knowledge to extract and manipulate data in relational databases like Oracle using SQL.
• Should be able to monitor jobs and fix bottle necks to make processing of data fast and build efficient pipelines.
• Should have problem solving ability and deep analytical skills to debug the issues and find root cause of issues created by data or the broken process.
• Should have working knowledge on scheduling tools such as Autosys.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge in IBM DataStage to create data flows using DataStage Designer, Director, and Administrator.
• Strong knowledge to extract and manipulate data in relational databases like Oracle using SQL.
• Should be able to monitor jobs and fix bottle necks to make processing of data fast and build efficient pipelines.
• Should have problem solving ability and deep analytical skills to debug the issues and find root cause of issues created by data or the broken process.
