Role : IBM InfoSphere DataStage Admin (W2 Position)

Location : Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience: 8+ Years

JD:

  • 5+ years of production systems administration and platform support experience (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years administering IBM InfoSphere DataStage (installation, configuration, upgrade, job deployment, troubleshooting).
  • Demonstrated engineering expertise in evaluating, designing, and implementing deployment architectures for a variety of complex data and application platforms.
  • Red Hat OpenShift (cluster ops, deployments, operators, resource management).
  • Apache NiFi (flow development ops, templates, clustering, provenance) (Preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS) and networking fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation (Bash and one or more: Python, Perl).
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar) and container workflows (Docker).
  • Solid understanding of security practices for data platforms (RBAC, secrets management, TLS, patching).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
