We are searching for an experienced Global Accounts Sales Director - copy at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.
Position Summary: The Global Accounts Sales Director willlead strategic engagement with our most complex and high-value globalcustomers. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengtheningexecutive relationships, and expanding our footprint across enterprise datacenter and IT environments. Travel of approximately 40-70% is required tosupport global customer engagement.
This position requires extensive experience selling intolarge, multinational organizations, a strong technical foundation (engineeringbackground preferred), and a demonstrated ability to build, develop, and leadhigh-performing sales teams.

Global Account Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive global accountstrategies for key enterprise customers in the data center and IT space.
  • Identify, pursue, and close large, complex deals acrossmultiple geographies and business units.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth, pipeline development,and account expansion within assigned global accounts.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders on the client side toalign solutions with strategic business objectives.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain C-level and senior executiverelationships across global customer organizations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisorfor top-tier accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering,product, operations) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managersand/or sales professionals.
  • Establish performance goals, monitor progress, and drivea culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent whereapplicable.
  • Sales Execution & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams toarchitect solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Lead complex negotiations, contract structuring, and dealgovernance.
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, andoperations to ensure alignment on key initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Include education, experience,special skills, licenses and/or certifications required.   • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strongfocus on global accounts within the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructurespace
  • Engineering or technical background (degree or equivalentexperience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growinglarge, complex global accounts
  • Demonstrated experience closing high-value,multi-million-dollar deals
  • Prior experience leading and managing sales teams, withmeasurable success in driving performance
  • Must be able to travel approximately 40-70% of the time
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure,networking, cloud services, or related technologies
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed globalorganizations

    Occasional lifting of materials such as laptops,presentation equipment, or marketing materials (up to 25 lbs.)
