Top Technical Skills
Large-scale datacenter / clean room build project management (soup to nuts delivery)
Strong technical infrastructure background (servers, networking, recovery systems)
Why This Role Stands Out
This isn't your average IT project management role—it's a chance to lead a high-impact, infrastructure-heavy recovery space and clean room build from the ground up. You'll be trusted to own complex projects end-to-end, working directly with senior stakeholders and technical teams. If you thrive in big builds, love solving complex challenges, and can confidently communicate at every level of the organization, this role will give you the platform to make a lasting impact.
About The Role
We're looking for a senior, assertive, and personable project manager with deep technical expertise and proven success managing full lifecycle datacenter or clean room builds. You'll drive cross-functional teams, balance competing priorities, and deliver large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams, creating structured work plans and tracking progress against milestones.
Coordinate the planning, management, and execution of multiple interconnected projects tied to strategic objectives.
Proactively identify risks, variances, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align project scope, resources, and priorities.
Track and report on project financials, budgets, and cost variances.
Ensure consistent communication across sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
Establish and enforce standards, governance, and best practices for large-scale technical builds.
Influence decision-making through strong executive-level communication.
Drive adoption of new tools and processes to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
Success Metrics
Delivery of clean room / recovery space build on time, within budget, and to scope.
Minimal impact to business continuity through proactive risk and mitigation planning.
Strong stakeholder satisfaction, with clear and timely communication at all levels.
Implementation of industry best practices and governance that improve delivery efficiency.
Who You Are
Assertive, personable, and highly engaged with technical teams and stakeholders.
A senior-level project manager with extensive experience leading large, complex infrastructure builds (datacenter, clean room, recovery environments).
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining executive-level communication.
Able to easily grasp technical concepts and connect the dots across infrastructure technologies.
Flexible, creative, and solutions-driven, with a track record of delivering mission-critical projects.
