Candidate must be able to relocate as soon Offer is confirmed.
Three things that they are looking for are:
1.    Experience with Agile Project Management
2.    Creating detailed manual test scripts
3.    Creating automated regression scripts using VB within QTP/UFT
Job Description:
MUST have experience in an Agile environment.
Position Description:
Mi SACWIS testers will be required to plan and develop functional test plans and scripts for all phases of testing including:
          Functional and Regression testing.
          Testers must determine test objectives and standards by reviewing customer requirements and system design documents.
Tester responsibilities include the following:
Conducts application testing of web based systems
          Capture and document artifacts and records defects
          Verifies and validates testing results by accessing and querying databases using SQL Reports test outcome by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and displaying data.
          Resolves testing problems by modifying testing methods during tests; conferring with Analyst and other team members to revise test objectives and plans.
          Gain an understanding of business requirements, current system operations/functionality and any proposed new requirements
Technical Responsibilities:
Performs analysis of system requirements and design analysis with the goal of developing test artifacts.
             Develop detailed test cases and scripts
             Knowledge of Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information systems a plus.
             Must have a working knowledge of Rational ClearQuest
             Experience with Rational Quality Manager is desirable
             Must have hand on experience with automated test tools
             Communication Meet with key clients and other team members as needed and provide clear communication
             Security and Safety Maintain a business oriented and professional work environment.
             Adhere to all basic safety standards according to State of Michigan's requirements.
