Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with supplier performance monitoring, including contacting suppliers for data, surveys, certifications and any follow-up communication.
  • Gather, compile, and analyze supplier data, such as supplier-related quality issues, field actions, and complaints.
  • Support supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) by tracking responses and verifying completion
  • Help review and organize supplier quality documentation, such as certifications, audits, PPAP and evaluations.
  • Help with creating and maintaining supplier records in quality document database.
  • Support preparation for supplier audits by gathering records and historical data.
  • Help with tracking supplier corrective actions from audits or assessments.
  • Assist in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation for deviations and nonconformances of issues related to vendor supplied materials.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects.
  • Participate in quality meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, including RCRA hazardous waste handling, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of quality systems, supplier quality concepts, or manufacturing processes (coursework accepted).
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
