Role Description:
• Strong hands-on experience as a DBA with very good knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning.
• Good understanding and practical experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Tier 1 application layer databases in production support or enterprise application environments.
• Hands-on exposure to downstream data streaming and integration platforms such as Kafka.
• Working knowledge of Debezium connectors for database change event capture and integration.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and resolve database, CDC, replication, and data flow issues.
• Good coordination skills to work with application, database, integration, and downstream teams.
• Onsite presence required to support customer discussions, production issues, and critical delivery activities.
