Job description

Technical Project Manager

Location: Redmond/Bellevue, WA – Onsite Duration: 6-12Months+

As a TPM, you will:

  • Formulate and define the scope and objectives of the program in collaboration with the workstream owners and ensure agreement and communication.
  • Manage metrics requirements with Principal PM, working closely with Engineering Team to explain the requirement, developing Tech specs and BRDs, reviewing the metrics deliverables before passing to PMs.
  • Assist FTE Principal PM with metric requirements, Field Escalations, research, and development prioritization.
  • Translate business requirements to work with the Engineering team with proposed business scenarios solutions on agreement from stakeholders that aligns with the business strategy.
  • Manage the Module deliverable with Engineering Lead to ensure module release on the required date, within the approved scope.
  • In partnership with various metrics, actively manage assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and potential impacts, and facilitates the development of appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and fit-for-purpose programs and/or project status reports using established norms.
  • Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets.
  • Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues.
  • Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners.
  • Coordinate and communicate between business users and the data warehouse organization, balancing requirements, and resources to solve business problems.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
  • Ability to build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations to document business processes.
  • Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes.
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
