5 - 8 yrs formal project management work experience 

Must be proficient and have experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project and Visio 

Solid understanding of PMI principles and practices and how to put them into practice; demonstrated ability to apply PMI principals required 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all employee levels and levels of management. 

Proven experience with identifying & resolving project impacting issues, works with members of the Project Management team and business SMEs/executives to develop and implement viable solutions. 

Awareness of general accounting practices, related to project management - including budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts payable. 

Must typically have a background in the project business area assigned, in order to successfully serve as a conduit between the technical functions and the business clients. 

Experience with SharePoint preferred 

Project Management certification: (lacking project management certification, candidates must posses a minimum of 10-12+ years PM experience.


Experience in security or network architecture/engineering role including designing and deploying security solutions 

Global capability delivery experience 

Excellent written and verbal communication capability with a customer focus 

Success in collaborating with customers, partners, and co-workers across cultural boundaries 

Able to identify, address or escalate potential dependencies and issues 

Manage the effort within deferred and expense budget constraints (if project lead) 

Effectively manage ambiguity, change and conflict

Strong project leadership and support skills 

Demonstrated track record of success in delivering in a security environment 

Proven experience in navigating complex organizations with creative problem solving

Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy to understand concepts 

Strong analytical skills and cross functional knowledge across multiple security disciplines 

Strong working experience with databases and data warehouse technologies and solutions 

Prior experience in managing or being a part of a Vulnerability and or Remediation Management team 

Proven Experience with PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA and other compliance regulations and their implementation as well as controls to remediate findings related to these regulations 

Strong technical skills and hands on experience assessing threats to multiple operating system platforms, database and application servers, and custom and off the shelf applications, etc. 

Knowledge and experience with diverse IT architectures and enterprise IT data centers, large scale transaction processing environments, external hosted services and cloud computing environments.
