Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Big Data expertise to lead the planning execution and delivery of datadriven initiatives The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams managing complex data engineering and analytics projects while ensuring timely and highquality delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead endtoend delivery of Big Data and analytics projects across multiple teams
  • Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Manage project risks dependencies and resource allocation
  • Track progress and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies

Technical Leadership

  • Collaborate with data engineers architects and analysts to design scalable Big Data
  • Understand and guide implementation of data pipelines ETL processes and realtime data streaming
  • Ensure best practices in data governance security and compliance
  • Review technical designs and provide recommendations to improve performance solutions and scalability

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between business engineering and senior leadership
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Facilitate effective communication across distributed teams

Data Big Data Platform Oversight

  • Manage projects involving technologies such as
  • Hadoop ecosystem HDFS Hive Spark
  • Cloud platforms Azure AWS GCP
  • Data warehouses Snowflake Redshift BigQuery

  • Drive adoption of modern data architecture practices such as data lakes and lakehouse solutions

Quality Delivery

  • Ensure highquality deliverables through testing validation and performance tuning

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field
  • 7 years of experience in IT with 3 years managing Big Data or data engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of data architectures ETL processes and distributed systems
  • Proven experience managing AgileScrum projects
  • Handson experience or familiarity with
  • Apache Spark Hadoop Kafka
  • SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Cloudbased data services Azure Data Factory AWS Glue etc
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Scrum Master CSM or equivalent certification
  • Experience with AIML data pipelines or advanced analytics projects

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 83,335 to 90,909
