You as a Project Manager, Integration will:

  • Manage all facets of a project and take on direct accountability for project delivery to meet and exceed established goals including scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality and risk.

  • Manage projects across the entire project lifecycle including requirements analysis, product specifications, project planning, purchase decisions, implementation, integration, quality assurance, training and deployment.

  • Lead and oversee the complex integration implementation from start to finish including planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, training, and hand-over

  • Assist with creating the integration commissioning plan consisting of pre-functional, functional, and integrated testing while extending to server fail-over and stress / volume testing

  • Collect and analyze gathered data to determine business problems and opportunities and work with stakeholders, consultants and subject matter experts to identify technology solutions.

  • Lead integration activities of building systems over open protocols and thedevelopment of Workflow with consultant and end-user.

  • Develop and refine use cases and create documentation to document required use case outcomes and user stories

  • Manage subcontractors effectively to deliver the project on time and on budget

  • Supervise project implementations by partners and vendors

Is this the right role for you?

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related disciplines is preferred;

  • 5 + years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience

  • You have a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software

  • You have the ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations

  • Previous work in Special Projects (ie. Tenant Improvements, Renovations, Envelope Upgrades, etc.) is an asset

  • A working knowledge of building systems including HVAC and Building Automation Systems, electrical systems, lighting and lighting controls, energy management systems, etc;

  • Strong technical writing skills to support documentation of problem resolution / solution improvements;

  • Change Management experience to help end users adopt and operationalize technology is an asset;

  • Knowledge of database and storage architecture

  • Experience in construction is an asset

The salary range for this job is $80,000-$130,000
