  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using established project scheduling techniques, identifying critical path activities and managing dependencies.
  • Oversee project budgets by performing budget analysis and forecasting, tracking costs, and ensuring adherence to financial obligations and project controls.
  • Manage client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact, addressing technical and project-related questions, and maintaining strong, professional communication.
  • Organize, motivate, and direct project team members by assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that team members understand project goals and expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations and written reports to internal stakeholders and clients, summarizing project status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes, as well as project-specific financial and contractual requirements.

  • Perform walk downs of equipment and systems in industrial plant environments to verify conditions, gather field data, and support design and project planning.
  • Access security-controlled areas and enter confined spaces and controlled hazardous areas as needed to support project activities, following all safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and other stakeholders, to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits, reviews, and inspections related to project performance, safety, and compliance.
  • Travel to client sites as required to support project meetings, field activities, and on-site coordination.
  • Work overtime as necessary to meet project deadlines, address critical issues, and support time-sensitive project activities.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in design engineering, project management, and client relations.
  • Experience with operating plant procedures and processes in an industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget analysis and budget forecasting for engineering projects.
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and organize project team members, including assigning tasks and providing technical direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and professional presentations.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating technical and project information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Competency with software applications for email and databases used in project documentation and communication.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle several projects concurrently and prioritize work.
