Position Description

The DBA Lead manages Oracle database environments supporting FMS-NG, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role supports database operations across production, test, and DR environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 10+ years of database administration experience
  • Strong Oracle DB and AWS experience
  • Expertise in performance tuning and backup/recovery
  • Oracle DBA certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer Oracle databases (12c/19c) in AWS environments
  • Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations (RMAN)
  • Manage database patching and upgrades
  • Monitor and optimize performance
