As the Manager, Marketing Operations, Campaigns & Email at Caseware, you'll manage our global marketing automation solution and technology stack. Your work will help ensure that the tools and systems used by the global Marketing team run smoothly and contribute to efficient, data-driven marketing operations. Your priorities include maintaining database health; executing email and nurture programs; processing and accelerating leads; supporting campaign setup and tracking; and contributing to marketing reporting and KPI monitoring. You'll also implement new tools and processes, ensure proper documentation and training materials are in place, and monitor existing systems to identify and resolve issues. Your focus will be on enabling modern marketing at scale by helping activate, integrate, and optimize technology, workflows, and best practices across the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to balance multiple priorities and collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence.

What you will be doing:
Database Management, Enrichment, and Engagement
• Work with other operations teams to manage system workflows, address errors, and introduce new processes to improve operational efficiency for marketing data
• Manage lead import processes and workflow management to ensure efficient distribution to commercial teams
Reporting and Analytics
• Create reports to measure funnel KPIs aligned with the Marketing Operations charter, including but not limited to database growth and health, campaign KPIs, email performance, and marketing revenue targets
• Provide campaign templates and dashboards that enable regional teams to meet reporting requirements
• Create and manage dashboards and templates to deliver marketing performance insights to the global marketing team and external stakeholders
Marketing Technology Management
• Document and develop training materials, processes, updates, and best practices to enable team adoption and maximize tool usage
Workflows, Processes, and Optimization
Leverage workflows and segmentation to drive efficient, targeted, and personalized campaigns and marketing programs
Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline marketing operations and enhance campaign performance, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and outcomes
Email Marketing and Campaign Calendar
• Build and manage global email nurture programs; execute emails to support campaigns and product communications
• Own and manage the end-to-end campaign calendar, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are clearly defined, tracked, and met
• Drive weekly planning and execution cadence, keeping the team aligned on upcoming priorities and weekly deliverables
• Maintain accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines, dependencies, and commitments are met
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and schedule conflicts, and recommend adjustments to keep campaigns on track
• Manage and optimize work tracking in Monday.com, including boards, timelines, dependencies, and status reporting
• Provide clear visibility into campaign progress, timelines, and execution status for stakeholders
What you will bring:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or data science
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, automation, performance reporting, or a related field
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to scale processes, workflows, and business needs while maintaining standardization and a thoughtful, structured approach to supporting marketing
• 5+ years of experience as a global administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing integrations and workflows
• Experience leading projects involving journey mapping, lead flow/scoring, and nurture programs
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaign calendars, deliverables, and milestone-based execution
• A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to integrate and analyze data across multiple sources
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (preferably Monday.com) to manage workflows, dependencies, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and execution-focused mindset
• Demonstrated experience using AI and automation tools to optimize marketing operations and campaign performance
