Compensation Range: 58,900-73,800 plus quarterly sales bonus 

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.  

Job Purpose

The Resource Efficiency Data Coordinator supports internal operations by managing and optimizing data processes tied to project execution, reporting, and administrative workflows. This role ensures accurate tracking, streamlined reporting, and visibility across the full project lifecycle-from scheduling and product tracking through implementation and revenue realization.

Working across platforms including Smartsheet, Excel, SAP, and Procore, the coordinator helps build and maintain an integrated reporting infrastructure that enables efficient data flow, supports decision-making, and enhances operational performance across cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain data systems that track project progress from initial scheduling through implementation and revenue capture
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions in Smartsheet, integrating data from SAP and Excel sourcesSupport the creation of automated dashboards, workflows, and alerts to improve tracking, reporting accuracy, and team communication
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systemsTrack and support fleet management data, including vehicle/equipment utilization, assignments, and reporting to improve operational visibility and efficiencyIdentify process gaps and opportunities for improvement; assist in implementing scalable workflow automations
  • Support the development, standardization, and documentation of field team processes, including SOPs, work instructions, and operational guidelinesProvide overflow support for purchasing activities, including requisition tracking, data entry, and coordination with procurement teams
  • Support ESHQ (Environmental, Safety, Health & Quality) administrative functions, including documentation, tracking, and compliance-related reporting
  • Serve as back-up administrator for the ESU Learning Portal (training system), ensuring continuity of access, course assignments, user management, and reportingDocument processes, data structures, and reporting methodologies to support long-term sustainability and knowledge transfer
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, data management, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Experience maintaining records, updating databases, coordinating information across teams, and supporting operational processes.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems/software platforms.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Smartsheet, SAP, Procore, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Experience supporting project tracking, scheduling, procurement, fleet administration, training administration, or operational reporting.
  • Experience documenting processes, maintaining SOPs, and coordinating cross-functional communications.
  • Prior EnerSys experience
