Job description

As the team grows, it is investing in a stronger marketing function to better connect its established brand, client database, social media presence, events, and sales efforts. The team is seeking a Marketing Manager who can strengthen current marketing initiatives and help turn them into measurable growth opportunities.

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to help lead and execute marketing for our growing real estate team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands marketing beyond simply creating content. You should be comfortable thinking about audiences, campaigns, lead generation, databases, messaging, performance metrics, and how marketing ultimately contributes to business growth.

You will work closely with ownership, our Director of Sales, operations leadership, and our existing Marketing Assistant. Initially, you will be actively involved in campaign execution while learning our business, systems, database, and real estate processes. As you demonstrate results and develop a deeper understanding of the company, there is an opportunity to take greater ownership of marketing strategy, budgeting, analytics, and department leadership.

This could be an excellent next step for an experienced Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Specialist, Growth Marketer, or Marketing Lead who is ready for more ownership and wants the opportunity to grow into broader leadership.

Position: Full-time
Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Palm Harbor, Florida
Work Arrangement: In-office
Growth Opportunity: Opportunity to expand into greater strategic, budget, and marketing leadership responsibility as the role develops

Real estate experience is valuable, but it is not required. We are open to candidates from other industries who bring strong marketing, digital, database, lead-generation, recruiting, or consumer-marketing experience and are excited to learn the real estate business.

Experience with platforms or tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, marketing automation, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google tools, or AI tools such as ChatGPT is also a plus.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is both a thinker and a doer. You can execute what needs to happen today while also asking what we should be doing differently tomorrow.

If you are ready to move beyond simply completing marketing tasks and want the opportunity to influence campaigns, analyze results, work directly with leadership, and grow into greater ownership of a marketing function, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support agent recruiting, seller lead generation, buyer lead generation, database engagement, client retention, and overall team growth.

  • Manage the team's marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns across social media, email, database marketing, digital advertising, events, listings, and other channels.

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to turn recruiting and lead-generation goals into effective campaigns and evaluate the quality of opportunities generated.

  • Use CRM and database insights to identify audiences, improve segmentation, develop nurture campaigns, and uncover opportunities within the team's established database.

  • Guide and collaborate with the Marketing Assistant by providing campaign direction, assigning priorities, reviewing creative work, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

  • Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, engagement, lead activity, and other available data, then communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.

  • Oversee listing marketing and brand initiatives while continually researching new ideas, tools, channels, and strategies that could improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Qualifications:
  • Hands-on marketing experience with an understanding of how to move a campaign from idea and target audience through execution, lead capture, measurement, and optimization.

  • Experience with CRM or database marketing, including segmentation, email campaigns, drip campaigns, lead nurturing, or similar customer-engagement strategies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, identify patterns, and make recommendations based on results.

  • Experience with digital and social media marketing, with an understanding that successful marketing is measured by business outcomes, not simply posts, followers, or views.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, deadlines, priorities, and team resources at the same time.

  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to bring new ideas, question what is not working, and recommend ways to improve existing marketing.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business owners, sales leadership, agents, operations staff, and virtual or creative team members.
