Description
The Digital Products Manager is responsible for developing and managing products that drive engagement and revenue growth through strategic management, administration, enhancement, and optimization of Desert Champions' portfolio of digital products. This position evaluates business needs, establishes priorities, recommends technology solutions, manages digital initiatives that support fan engagement, ticket sales, sponsorship activations, including public-facing websites, mobile applications, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and supporting digital technologies.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES including the following:
§ Manage Desert Champions' portfolio of digital products, including websites, mobile applications, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and related digital technologies *
§ Develop and maintain the digital product roadmap by evaluating business needs, establishing priorities, and recommending new technologies, features, and functionality that support organizational objectives *
§ Lead cross-functional digital projects from planning through implementation, including project scope, priorities, timelines, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement *
§ Manage relationships with digital technology vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers, including evaluating vendor performance, negotiating project priorities, and overseeing project deliverables *
§ Evaluate and recommend digital technology investments, manage assigned technology budgets, vendor contracts, and software subscriptions, and ensure solutions align with organizational priorities and business objectives *
§ Oversee content management and publishing across Desert Champions' digital platforms using enterprise content management systems (CMS), ensuring content is accurate, timely, optimized, and consistent with brand standards *
§ Manage CRM data, audience segmentation, email marketing platforms, and customer communications that support fan acquisition, engagement, retention, and database growth *
§ Oversee digital integration between platforms using APIs and other technologies to ensure reliable data management, system performance, and operational efficiency *
§ Manage digital advertising initiatives in partnership with marketing and external agencies to improve campaign effectiveness.
§ Monitor and analyze the performance of websites, mobile applications, email marketing, and digital advertising using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools, and provide recommendations that improve user experience, fan engagement, and business results *
§ Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making and measure the effectiveness of digital products and marketing initiatives *
§ Establish digital product standards, governance, and best practices that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and overall digital experience.
§ Collaborate with content, box office, partnerships, media relations, IT, and leadership to develop and implement digital solutions that support organizational priorities and long-term business objectives *
§ Leadership - Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify Company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers
§ Customer Service - Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
§ Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
§ 5-7 years of experience managing public-facing digital products, preferably within sports, entertainment, hospitality, or other consumer-facing organizations
§ Demonstrated success in launching and managing digital products
§ Experience managing websites and mobile applications using enterprise content management systems (CMS)
§ Experience managing CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and email marketing programs.
§ Working knowledge of digital tactics including search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
§ Proven track record of managing relationships with third-party technology vendors, consultants, and digital service providers
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND OTHER ABILITIES
§ Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, establish priorities, exercise sound judgment, and recommend technology solutions
§ Ability to carry out instructions (oral, written, or diagram)
