Summary

As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing content, while driving process improvements. In this role, you’ll oversee complex projects, manage award submittals, assist digital and social marketing efforts, and help execute key events. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a critical role in shaping strategies that elevate our brand and position the company for growth.


Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Pursuit Creation & Management (60%)

•Leads the coordination, writing, editing, and production of complex, high-profile proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.

•Facilitates pursuit strategy meetings, developing creative themes and solutions tailored to client needs.

•Provides oversight for the proposal process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to deadlines.

•Mentors junior team members in best practices for pursuit management and proposal development.

•Enhances and maintains the proposal template library and sector-specific content to ensure consistency and quality.


Digital & Social Marketing (10%)

•Participates in the development of email and/or content marketing campaigns that showcase company thought leadership, projects, and achievements.

•Creates and implements social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

•Monitors analytics and trends to optimize digital marketing performance.


Project Database Maintenance (5%)

•Maintains and organizes the firm’s marketing database, ensuring all project and proposal information is current.


Photography & Videography (5%)

•Identifies opportunities for project photography, videography, and animations, collaborating with internal and external resources to execute.


Event Coordination (5%)

•Supports the Business Development team and Designer in coordinating industry conferences, events, and speaking engagements.


Corporate Branding & Standards (5%)

•Champions branding consistency and ensures marketing materials adhere to established guidelines.

Essential Skills & Attributes

Minimum Qualifications

•2-5 years of proposal experience in the AEC industry, including leadership of high-profile pursuits.

•Strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results.
