eDOC Innovations is seeking a motivated, technically minded Customer Support / Client Development Support Specialist to join our Client Development team.

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our credit union clients, helping them successfully use eDOC's document management and digital transaction solutions. You will troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions, conduct training, assist with installations and data conversions, and coordinate with other internal teams when additional expertise is needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and helping clients succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming client support requests by phone and email.
  • Document and track client requests through our CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, professional resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical or development teams.
  • Become knowledgeable in eDOC's DocLogic suite of products.
  • Assist with software installations, data conversions, hardware, and device drivers.
  • Conduct individual and group training sessions for clients.
  • Help clients better understand and utilize eDOC solutions.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and assist with process improvements.
  • Complete professional services assignments and other projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • An associate degree in a business or technical field is preferred.
  • Experience with MySQL, SQL, or another relational database platform is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Internet Information Services is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence conducting client meetings and training sessions.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A professional, client-focused approach when working with people at all organizational levels.
